By using Mintmark you agree to these terms. On Apple platforms, the app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.
Mintmark is a coin collection log with optional AI-powered identification and condition observations. The core log — adding coins, browsing, and organizing your collection — is free within the limits shown in the app, and a limited number of AI scans are free each month.
Mintmark Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks a larger collection, set completion tracking, insurance export, and more AI scans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, at the price and term shown in the app before you buy. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; the app's paywall and Settings screen also link there. No refunds are issued by us — refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Identifications and condition reads are generated by AI and are clearly labeled as such. They describe what is visible in your photographs and can be wrong. They are not a grade, an appraisal, a market valuation, or an authentication, and no output of the app certifies that a coin is genuine, a particular variety, or worth any amount. For grading or authentication, use a professional grading service.
Insurance exports are documents generated from data you entered and photos you took. Any declared values in an export are yours, entered by you, and the export labels them that way. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to an insurer or any other party.
Photos you submit remain yours. Photos sent for scanning are processed to produce your result and deleted from our server on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or access it other than through the app.
The app and service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the app or service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
